What is Neterian?

Neterian is a simple, powerful web-based opportunity focused business intelligence tool which updates sales performance and forecasting in real-time against your metrics via a simple browser based Dashboard.

Neterian is a monthly user subscription based service and requires:

  • No Significant Capital Outlay
  • No Heavy Use of Internal IT Resources
  • No Annual Support

Neterian is quick to set up, easy to use, will save you considerable time, money and frustration whilst increasing the accuracy, efficiency and visibility of sales tracking data across your business.

How is Neterian different to CRM?

There are two main differences:

  • Neterian is opportunity centric - meaning the focus is on each and every opportunity rather than the account as a whole.
  • Most CRM products expect the sales staff to enter a value for their deal. They then have to create their quote in a separate package. The value entered onto the pipeline can differ from the actual quote, get out of date, or not be entered at all. In Neterian the quote is quickly and easily entered using Neterian. The pipeline is updated automatically (both margin and revenue) and is therefore completely accurate - in real time.

Do I need to install any software?

No, none at all. Neterian is SaaS (Software as a Service) 100% web-browser based - as long as you can access the Internet you will be able to use your Neterian system by smart phone, tablet or Computer.

Do I have to be an IT expert to use Neterian?

No! If you can use the Internet you can use Neterian.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No! We are confident that as soon as you start using Neterian you will wonder how you ever managed without it.

Will you charge me for support?

No! Support is included in the monthly subscription payment during normal business hours.

How much does it cost?

£19 + VAT per user per calendar month.

Do I own my data, where is it stored and is it secure?

Yes. We will keep your data secure and not use it for any 3rd party purpose.

Your data is hosted in the UK and is covered by all of the relevant UK legislation together with the standard precautions and security measures you expect to find with a hosted IT system.

Our Data Centre is covered by ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 accreditation.
